For returns, contact Amalst customer service to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, which must be referenced in the return shipment. Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for replacement or adjustment.
Items not supplied according to order or defective upon receipt are eligible for full credit. For returns due to ordering errors, a 15% restocking fee applies, along with any other associated fees for inspection or reworking.
The following items cannot be returned: chemicals, perishable goods, temperature-sensitive items, and items missing original packaging or labels. Additionally, some medical devices and special orders are non-returnable.
Amalst provides a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, which allows returns for any reason within the 30-day period, as long as the purchase is not priced over $1000 or listed as an exception.
